The PANGAEA Round Bag is available in the online shop for €790, with payment through Stripe.

1. Scope

The PANGAEA website presents the project, the bags and the Made for You service. Requests sent through the website or by email do not in themselves constitute an order or a sales contract.

2. Commissions

Any commissions and customizations will be subject to direct discussion and a dedicated quotation. Availability, timing, price and conditions will be defined before any confirmation.

3. Shop

The complete PANGAEA Round Bag is made by hand to order and costs €790. Before online payment through Stripe, an estimate of production and delivery times is provided. Standard shipping is included in the price and available worldwide. From handover to the carrier, transit is estimated at 1–7 business days; this estimate excludes PANGAEA's production and preparation time, which is provided separately before payment. Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and carrier delays, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights under applicable law. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs charges outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. Production is subject to artisan capacity and availability.

4. Website content

Texts, images, trademarks and content on the website are intended for personal consultation. Any other use must be authorized in advance by the rights holder.

Withdrawal from a purchase

For online PANGAEA purchases, both through the Shop and Made for You, you may communicate withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. After giving notice using the withdrawal form, ship the product to the seller without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of giving notice. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. A full refund applies, subject to any reduction reflecting diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.
