1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

During browsing, technical data and logs necessary for the operation and security of the website may be collected. Through the Made for You form, name, email address, delivery country and information voluntarily entered in the customization request may be collected.

If the shop is activated, data necessary for quotations, orders, payments, invoicing and shipping may also be processed. This notice will be updated before the activation of the shop and the chosen platform.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Browsing data are processed for the operation, security and maintenance of the website, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. Data sent through the form or by email are processed to reply to requests and prepare any quotations or commissions, at the data subject’s request and in order to take pre-contractual steps.

If analytics or marketing tools are activated, they will be used only after consent. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out through the website in its current configuration.

4. Provision of data

Providing the data indicated as necessary in the form is essential to receive a reply; failure to provide them may make it impossible to follow up on the request. Any additional information entered is optional.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by the controller and technical suppliers acting on its behalf, within the limits of their respective functions: Hostinger for hosting and IONOS for email services. They may also be disclosed to further suppliers strictly necessary for orders, payments or shipping, only after their actual activation.

6. International transfers

Any transfers outside the European Economic Area will be carried out in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR, where applicable. Information about individual suppliers will be updated when necessary.

7. Retention periods

Contact requests and information relating to quotations or commissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless further retention is necessary to start or manage a contractual relationship. Data and documents with administrative, tax or accounting relevance connected with any orders are retained for 10 years, or for any different period required by law.
