CONCEPT

We are surrounded by all possible forms but we tend to take them into consideration only for the meaning that is IMPOSED, struggling to reconsider them for another usefulness.

We continuously buy objects and we BASKET them with ease when they no longer fill the ROLE that has been assigned to them.

CdC's TACKLES this issue by offering eco-sustainable design products, obtained from the material of one of the most popular and recognized objects in the world: the soccer ball.

The circular economy project, born in 2015 from inspiration during a trip to Thailand, where the ENERGY contained in people was perceived and how they manage to transmit it in lived objects, began by transforming an old football into leather. come to the end of its life cycle in a new handmade artisan bag.

ARTIGIANALITY

What distinguishes all the products of the various lines is the MANUAL TREATMENT of the recycled balls and the HIGH QUALITY of the ARTISAN work of the cuts and seams strictly made by hand.

PangaeA products ride the wave of ethical and eco-sustainable fashion offering a perfect mix for those who have sensitivity and respect towards the ENVIRONMENT but do not want to deprive themselves of the pleasure of buying a QUALITY PRODUCT.

The creations of the PangaeA lines flaunt a strong eco-chic contrast between the poverty and essentiality of the recycled material and the ELEGANCE and the artisanal REFINEMENT of the other components that identify them.

RECYCLING

The worn and punctured ball, even if no longer used, contains an immense energy caused by joy and pain, laughter and tears, goals and fouls, loves and hatred.

To become a PangaeA product, the recycling of the soccer ball, recovered in the most varied Italian playing fields, goes through 3 manual processing processes ("handrecycled" ed) that make it colorful, light, resistant
and water repellent.

Once broken down into its constituent pieces, the balloon object loses its shape but retains the energy and history of its material. This, reassembled by hand as if it were a mosaic, gives life to new different forms.
